IIoT demo · live

A plant floor, live.

This is what an MG pilot looks like after week one: one gateway, six sensors on a packaging line and a cold room, and a dashboard that updates every second. The data here is simulated, the stack is the real one.

Alerts

What the team would get on their phone.

No alerts in the last minutes. Incidents appear here as they happen.

How it works

From sensor to screen in under a second.

01

Sensors

Wireless vibration, temperature, current and door sensors clip onto existing equipment. No rewiring, no downtime.

02

Gateway

One industrial gateway collects the readings over MQTT or Modbus and forwards them encrypted to the platform.

03

Platform

A Java backend (the same one serving this page) stores the history, applies the thresholds and pushes live updates and alerts.

04

Your team

Dashboards on any screen, alerts by SMS or email, CSV export, and a history you own.
