01Do you ask for a deposit?

Single jobs are invoiced on delivery. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Site rollouts take a 30% deposit at kickoff, with the balance billed by phase.

02What counts as a revision?

One round of changes to the edit, the report or the dashboard is included. Extra rounds are billed at our hourly rate, quoted before we start them.

03Do you charge for travel?

Travel inside Greater Montreal is included. Beyond that we bill mileage and, for overnight jobs, lodging at cost, listed separately on the quote.
