By accessing or using the Multimedia Gears website, you agree to these terms. They apply to website browsing, enquiry and quote forms, and any content or information made available here.

Quotes, scopes, schedules and example results are provided for planning purposes. Final pricing is confirmed in a written quote and may change if the scope, site conditions or deliverables change.

Scoping calls and consultations help you understand options, timelines and pricing. They do not create a contract until a quote is accepted in writing.

Drone operations, multimedia production and IIoT installations are governed by a separate project agreement. That agreement sets out deliverables, schedule, payment terms and the conditions under which flights or shoots may be rescheduled, for example for weather or airspace restrictions.

Unless stated otherwise in the project agreement, you own the final deliverables once the final invoice is paid. Multimedia Gears may keep archive copies and, with your consent, show the work in its portfolio.

Some projects involve airspace authorities, hosting providers, hardware manufacturers or software platforms. Their terms apply to their services, and Multimedia Gears is not responsible for changes they make.

Multimedia Gears is not liable for indirect losses, weather or airspace delays, network outages affecting sensor data, or decisions made on the basis of estimates. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned.
