Why go aerial

Four inspections a drone does better.

Roof & facade inspections

Roof, facade and chimney inspections without scaffolding or street closures. Annotated photo report in 48 hours.

Solar panel thermal scans

Thermal scans find hot spots, failed strings and dirty panels across a whole array in one flight, without stopping production.

Heat-loss thermography

Thermography shows where a building loses heat: thermal bridges, missing insulation, leaking windows. Flown before dawn in winter.

Construction progress

Weekly or monthly flights on the same path, so owners and lenders see progress from the same angle every time.

drone faq

The questions we hear every week

01Can you fly over my building in Montreal?

Yes. Montreal sits in controlled airspace, so most flights need an authorization. Our pilots hold advanced RPAS certificates and we file with NAV CANADA before every mission, usually within a few days.

02What do I get after a solar panel scan?

A thermal and visual map of the array with every anomaly located and classified: hot cells, failed strings, soiling, damaged connectors. Delivered as an annotated PDF within 48 hours.

03Do you fly in winter?

Yes, within the limits of the aircraft. We fly down to about -20 °C with battery warming, and we reschedule for snow, freezing rain or winds above 35 km/h at no cost to you.

04Are you insured?

Every flight is covered by liability insurance and we send the certificate with the quote, so your building and the people on site are protected before we take off.
