Scoping call
A 20-minute call about the goal, the site and the deadline. By phone, video or on site.

Day 1–3
Quote
We turn the scope into a fixed quote, with options only where there is a real choice to make.
You receiveFixed quote and a start date, valid for 30 days.
Day 3–10
Planning
Flight plan and airspace filing, shot list and locations, or sensor map and network plan, depending on the service.
You receivePlan, permits and a confirmed day on site.
Day 10–12
On site
Our crew flies, shoots or installs. One lead on site and a short update at the end of each day.
You receiveRaw files delivered or sensors online within 48 hours.
Day 12–20
Production
Reports, maps and models, the edit in English and French, or dashboards and alerts configured with your team.
You receiveA review link and one round of revisions included.
Day 20–25
Delivery
Final files in every format, dashboard access and a short training session for your team.
You receiveEverything delivered. Support continues after.
