Starting point

Inspections start around $1,200

A single-building roof or facade inspection with an annotated report starts at about $1,200 in Greater Montreal. Larger sites, mapping and 3D models move the price up from there.

Site size

Hectares and buildings scale the flight

A mapping flight over 12 hectares needs more batteries, more ground control points and more processing than a single roof. We quote by the deliverable, not by the hour, so you know the price before we fly.

Deliverables

Maps and models cost more than photos

Raw stills and video are delivered within 48 hours. An orthomosaic map or a textured 3D model takes processing time and a surveyor's eye, which is where most of the price difference sits.

Authorizations

Controlled airspace adds lead time, not cost

We include the NAV CANADA filing in every quote. It does not change the price, but it adds two to five days to the schedule, so ask early if the deadline is tight.

“The flight is the cheap part. The planning and the processing are what you pay for.
